Mandate of the Department
At the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI), our Finance and Accounting Department operates under a clear mandate to fulfill several key responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Budgeting: The department is responsible for developing comprehensive financial plans and budgets aligned with NBRRI's strategic objectives. This involves forecasting revenue and expenses, allocating resources efficiently, and monitoring financial performance against established targets.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: The department prepares accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide management with insights into the organization's financial position and performance. Financial Planning and Analysis: The department provides financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
